My friends own two rental properties, one in Myrtle Beach, SC and the other in Orlando, FL, and belong to a couple listing sites, but those sites do not let their properties stand out from the thousands of other properties listed. So we decided to help them and design a custom site that gives them the ability to control what is shown about their properties, so telling their own story.
We have completed the mockup and have it running in our local servers and hope to go live in the next couple days. One of the great features of this site is a custom reservation system that has everything you need from viewable calendars to payment gateways.
The site will be up at OurSouthernVacation.com
